Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

1. Overview

TrueMails Standard Edition is sold as a subscription software service (monthly, 6-month, or yearly). This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and what happens when a subscription ends.

2. No refunds on digital subscriptions (default)

Unless required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction, fees already paid are non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly, 6-month, and yearly plan charges
  • Partial periods remaining after cancellation
  • Overage or add-on packs (if purchased)

By completing checkout you acknowledge the service begins when payment succeeds and plan limits are activated.

3. Cancellation

  • You may stop renewing by not purchasing a new period; access continues until the current period expires (and any grace period).
  • After expiry and grace, sending may be blocked until you renew.
  • App Admin may expire a subscription for policy or payment failure; refunds are not issued solely because of suspension for Terms violations.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a goodwill adjustment if:

  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a confirmed technical error; or
  • You never received access after successful payment due to a verified platform fault on our side (not SMTP/DNS issues under your control).

Requests must be made within 7 days of the charge via the Contact page, with invoice number and account email.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, the subscription may remain pending or inactive until payment succeeds. We may send dunning notices. No service credit is owed for downtime caused by failed customer payments.

6. How refunds are paid (if approved)

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via the payment provider when possible, typically within 5–15 business days depending on banks and Cashfree processing.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The version on this page applies to purchases made after the published date.
